James Franco found a moment to do something sweet for a female fan when he arrived for his premiere at Grauman’s Chinese Theatre.

 “A twenty-ish gal on the theater staff, a huge Franco fan, kept gushing to co-worker pals how she desperately hoped to meet her idol on the big night.

“Then, shocking news – she’d been assigned to work the concession stand on premiere night, so she’d never even get a glimpse.”

Thank heaven for good friends – two usher pals of hers cornered Franco, explained what a huge fan she is, etc….so the good-hearted star slipped away from the mob scene and was guided to where No. 1 Fan was toiling away. “Popcorn, please,” said Franco – and the gaga gal nearly passed out! Ohmigod, please tell me I’m not dreaming,” she gasped.

Grinning, the star planted a big kiss on her blushing cheek, thanked her for liking his work – then started hustling back to his premiere.

Running after him, the smitten girl popped a popcorn box into his hand, gushing: “Here – it’s on me!”
